Position: Business Development Manager – London
Package: To £80k + Excellent Package

Company Overview: Our client is a provider and partner of choice for clients and customers within the Public Sector specialising in social housing. They offer a complete and comprehensive single point of contact for refurbishment and regeneration projects with Local Authorities and RSL’s almost exclusively delivered by their own people.
Role: As Business Development Manager you will work in conjunction with the Bid Teams targeting the Public Sector and concentrate on Planned Maintenance contracts within Social Housing. The role involves meeting with current and past clients and consultants to obtain their feedback, identifying potential sources of future work, and developing client relationships to secure projects, proposing and organising events and corporate hospitality with key decision-makers, developing and implementing a public relations strategy to establish continued presence in the market.
Individual: You will have a proven track record of building new and developing existing relationships within the Public Sector environment and be looking to join an established contractor experiencing exciting growth where you can have real influence.
We are seeking someone with existing relationships in the affordable housing sector.
